• Extra nights are €55 per person per night for the 3* hotel and €75 per person per night for the 4* hotel.
• Single supplement is €75 per person per night.

*Please be advised that Sky Sports and Setanta have still to announce their television schedule therefore some of the above fixtures may change. It is important to point out that what you will buy is the fixture itself, regardless of date. Therefore if a fixture is changed, transferred or postponed, it is agreed that all monies will be transferred to the new date. Refunds will not be made in the event of such changes.
How do I get to Liverpool?
From Dublin:
By Air The cheapest way is probably to fly from Dublin to Liverpool with Ryanair (f you book early, otherwise its very expensive), Another good option is to fly Into Manchester and get a taxi, bus, train or hire car to Liverpool (this is a very well serviced route), the flight will only be about 50 minutes or so
By Ferry / Car Using the ferry from Dun Laoghaire to Holyhead with Stena Line who offer and a Sail & train option. So you sail into Holyhead and get the train up to Liverpool, but likely to need to change trains in Chester).
From Cork, Kerry, Sligo & Waterford:
By Air All these airports are have flights into Manchester, then as above you can get train, bus, taxi or car hire to Liverpool. (See http://www.aerarann.com/)
From Belfast:
By Air From Belfast, fly direct into Liverpool (see www.eastjet.com)
By Ferry / Car From Larne, Sail with Stena Line (www.stenaline.ie) into Holyhead, and get the train up to Liverpool, but likely to need to change trains in Chester).

How do I book?
Just call on 01 4755010 or email us at sports@marathon-travel.ie, tell us which match you would like to go to and how many people are in your group. We will check if the match is still available, if it is, you choose your payment option and we will email you the confirmation later that day.
When do I get my tickets & accommodation voucher?
We send you your accommodation voucher by email . The tickets are delivered to you in your hotel room on the morning on the match at 11.00am (for 15.00 & 17.15 match K.O.) and 10.00 (for 12.30 matches) Unlike other companies; we use our own staff for deliveries. This means that the tickets always get to you. Using a courier company is too risky because sometimes hotels refuse to accept ticket deliveries ?? And we all know you cannot trust the post in this country.
Once I've paid are my tickets guaranteed ?
Yes - once we receive payment your tickets are guaranteed and at the price you paid for them. From time to time we have to change prices usually due to unanticipated demand for a particular game. For example, the final matches of a season will decide the championship so prices tend to jump significantly once it becomes clear which matches could prove to be the title decider.
What payment options do I have?
You have a number of options available.
1) Credit Card, there is charge of 3% for paying by credit card as these charges are passed onto us from the banks.

Do you arrange football packages including flights?
No, For several years we offered football "packages" to many premiership matches, but now find that with growing internet awareness and the abundance of cheap flights all over the country, practically everyone is just looking for match tickets & accommodation. Therefore, we have set up online links which allow you to book your flights directly online. For some of the bigger matches we do run full packages, which includes, coach hire, return ferry crossings and 2 nights accommodation.

We have an on call 24-hour office with one of our staff always on the end of the phone. We also have our staff members in each of the major cities that are available at all times.
How does the group size affect the cost of our trip?
Larger groups certainly save money. We customize tours for all group sizes, but for the best deal, larger groups are encouraged. We offer money off and free places depending on the size of the group.
