We send you your accommodation voucher by email . The tickets will either be collected at the ground at the Black Cat House ticket office. Or delivered to you in your hotel room on the morning on the match at 11.00am (for 15.00 & 17.15 match K.O.) and 10.00 (for 12.30 matches) Unlike other companies; we use our own staff for deliveries. This means that the tickets always get to you. Using a courier company is too risky because sometimes hotels refuse to accept ticket deliveries? And we all know you cannot trust the post in this country. Once I've paid are my tickets guaranteed ? Yes - once we receive payment your tickets are guaranteed and at the price you paid for them.
